Did you know that I spend the first 5-10 minutes of my candidate calls answering questions after I pitch a position?
My answers to questions can make or break whether a potential candidate is interested.
The recruiter you choose to work with matters. They’re an extension of your company, brand, and of you. Having robust kickoff meetings, touchpoints, and candidate feedback matters.
PS: Tip for anyone who is answering questions (aka all recruiters and interviewers):
Answer the question and pause (don’t move on!). Ask “just curious, why are you asking?” Don’t assume. What they say next is gold.
